PS is comprised of four main businesses, underpinned by engineering, operations and risk management: Transaction Banking , a cash management and payments platform for clients building a corporate treasury system Enterprise Partnerships , consumer financial products that companies embed directly within their ecosystems to better serve their end customers Merchant Point-of-Sale Lending , a platform that provides custom credit financing for home improvement merchants to offer directly to their customers ETF Accelerator , a platform for clients to launch, list and manage exchange-traded funds Join us on our journey to deliver financial products and platforms that prioritize the customer and developer experience. Your Impact In your role on the Strategy and Product team for Platform Solutions Disputes domain, you will be responsible for assisting the MD responsible for this function to set the vision, organize executive communications and help ‘tell the story’ to key stakeholders as the business continues to rapidly evolve. The role requires a high degree of project management skills, ability to stay up to date with the latest business and functional developments, as well as basic analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 5 years of experience in either executive presentation, consulting or investment banking. The candidate should be comfortable in framing the message and building executive presentations to fit the needs of a multitude of stakeholders. The candidate must have strong communication, planning and relationship building skills and an ability to leverage GS with a One GS mindset. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze Disputes KPIs across customer, compliance, and commercial goals Participate in product, product strategy, data architecture decisions and partner with technology and Operations teams Research and remain current on the latest industry trends and recommend tools, services, and practices for improvement Concisely and effectively communicate to senior management BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) degree (U.S. or equivalent) with some preference for Economics, Finance/Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field 2+ years of experience in financial services or consulting 2+ years of experience in project management and driving initiatives with multiple stake holders with tangible results Experience with using advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint Proactive, flexible and ability to multi-task Ability to learn quickly and adapt to projects and deadlines Strong communication skills, ability to create high impact power point decks PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of experience in financial services Experience in developing management reports from large datasets About the company
