Who You Are We're looking for an IT professional who can translate business challenges into technical solutions, following our established SDLC. The ideal candidate is highly motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a customer-focused attitude, and excellent communication skills.
What You Will Do
Perform analyses on existing and new application solutions.
Document analyses using approved SDLC methodologies, including waterfall and hybrid approaches.
Lead and facilitate meetings with business and technical staff, gather and document requirements, and coordinate requirements documentation.
Conduct joint application design sessions to define business requirements and develop system specifications.
Communicate with users to determine system requirements and modifications.
Prepare designs, process models, flowcharts, data mappings, and other documentation to verify design logic.
May include training, presentations, or system demonstrations.
Report progress, risks, and issues to management.
Assist in diagnosing problems with applications and develop detailed specifications for software development or correction.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
Contribute to teamwork and effective communication.
Perform other duties as assigned to maintain IT operations.
You Are a Great Fit With
Experience as a systems analyst or a bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field, with at least three years of relevant experience.
Experience conducting fit/gap analyses, system configuration, testing, and developing training documentation.
Skills in requirements documentation, including shell statements, traceability matrices, test cases, and architectural diagrams.
Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
Knowledge of SDLC principles, especially waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
Proactive, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with SQL, problem solving, and system analysis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
Effective communication skills orally and in writing.
Knowledge of state and federal requirements related to TWC programs.
Experience in public sector service delivery.
You Qualify With
Three years of full-time experience in programming, systems analysis, or related data processing roles.
Relevant academic credits may count toward experience.
