Req#: DEVEL006588 $3000 Sign On Bonus (Prorated) Eliot is seeking a candidate who can provide person-centered care to individuals with diverse cognitive, physical, and socioemotional needs to support their fulfillment and meaningful life. Responsibilities include providing support in transportation, appointments, activities, exercise, maintaining a clean environment, implementing ISP goals, meal planning, and socialization. Eliot’s Developmental Disabilities Division is CARF accredited, offering innovative, high-quality services that support individuals in enriching their lives, obtaining housing and employment, developing skills, and engaging in community activities while building caring relationships. Responsibilities:
Assist with daily operations of a group home for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or brain injury. Support individuals in daily activities such as ADLs, laundry, meal prep, cleaning, and leisure activities. Engage individuals in activities promoting skills and independence. Ensure a safe living environment, including crisis intervention if necessary. Implement and support the Individual Support Plans (ISP). Maintain documentation related to treatment plans and program operations in an organized manner. Support community integration by helping individuals access resources, establish memberships, and educate to reduce stigma. Participate in supervision, staff meetings, in-services, and training. Transport individuals to programs, appointments, and activities as needed. Schedule:
Saturday - Sunday, 12 pm - 8 pm (16 hours) Eliot is dedicated to dismantling barriers for marginalized racial identities, promoting full employment, leadership, and engagement at all levels. Qualifications
