Our client, a leader in aerospace technology, is seeking a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job ***** Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer ***** Minneapolis, MN Pay ***** $45-$56.25/hr plus benefits Whats the Job? Provide test and manufacturing support for Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) production. Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends, and drive yield improvements. Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices. Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitating issue identification and analysis. Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions. Whats Needed? Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics. 5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering. Experience with optics, sensors, and/or electronic assemblies. Product or process engineering experience. Experience with product yield management and improvement. Whats in it for me?
