People About the Role As a Recruiting Sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in building our talent pipeline. You’ll partner closely with the team to understand hiring needs, proactively source high-quality candidates, and create strategies to engage top talent. Key Responsibilities Partner with the team to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative channels
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for current and future roles
Conduct initial outreach and engagement with candidates to generate interest in opportunities
Maintain accurate data and candidate information in our ATS/CRM systems
Research and experiment with new sourcing tools, channels, and methods to improve results
Share market insights, talent trends, and competitive intelligence with the recruiting team
Help drive diversity sourcing initiatives to attract a broad range of candidates
Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting (agency or in-house)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
