Job Number: 212 Job Title: SYSTEMS/BUSINESS ANALYST (212) - VIRGINIA - URGENT Job Type: Full-time Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI - Full Scope Polygraph Work Arrangement: On-site Job Location: Tysons VA Salary: 108K -144K Background * Supports an application delivery program by understanding and documenting requirements, dependencies and constraints * Acts as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment and clear communication * Produces supporting documentation to include requirements, flow charts, technical and training documentation * Provides end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues or concerns Requirements * 3 years of capturing, validating, and refining business requirements for systems design and development * Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in a client-facing capacity * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Experience working within Agile software development environment * Ability to support creation and maintenance of user support documentation * Ability to support system quality and verification in collaboration with other team members Preferred * Previous consulting experience * Lean six sigma certification * Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) * Change Management &Communications (Intermediate)bfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
