Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with fabrication and welding experience to join our growing HVAC team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is looking for long-term career growth. Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Rotating Saturdays) Key Responsibilities: Safely load and unload trucks; inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality. Process, prepare, and organize orders to ensure timely delivery to job sites. Track inventory levels, anticipate material shortages, and assist in placing orders. Perform fabrication and welding projects from start to finish. Operate forklifts and other motorized vehicles (certification preferred). Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Qualifications: 3+ years of warehouse experience (HVAC or construction industry preferred). Fabrication and welding experience required. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 1050 lbs and work in a variety of warehouse and job site conditions. Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office or inventory software experience a plus.
