Pull and fill orders for daily shipment, delivery and/or pick-up Call on outside vendors for emergency out-of-stock needs Communicate with customers on price quotes, payment processing and credit authorization Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing Ensure internal parts requests are properly billed Maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock Notify management of parts or shop materials that need immediate attention Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
