INLIVIAN Title: Assistant Property Manager (RAD) Reports To: Property Manager Department/Division: Operations/Property & Asset Management FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Summary
Responsible for assisting in managerial and administrative work involving the management and operation of Housing INLIVIAN affordable properties and non-residential properties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Reviewing and monitoring Tenant Account Receivable (TAR) report, carrying out accounts receivable/rent review and collection processes, accepting rental payments, and following up on delinquencies. Processing accounts receivable billing and managing resident applications and eligibility verification. Showing units to prospective residents, describing features, discussing lease terms, and communicating amenities. Maintaining resident records, processing move-outs, and coordinating paperwork for renting or vacating units. Coordinating maintenance requests, inspections, and repairs, and maintaining work order logs. Conducting customer service inspections, assisting in advertising efforts, and acting as liaison with residents and community groups. Monitoring lease compliance, investigating violations, and coordinating vacancy preparations. Generating reports, attending meetings, and staying updated on relevant regulations. Performing other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred. One year of clerical or property management experience or equivalent education and training. Certifications
Must obtain certifications such as Accredited Residential Manager, EIV, Fair Housing, and others within 12 months of employment. Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of INLIVIAN policies, HUD regulations, leasing procedures, and social services; excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple demands and adapt to change. Physical and Work Environment
Work involves indoor and outdoor activities, physical exertion, and occasional stress. Must have valid drivers license and ability to perform essential functions with accommodations if needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
