Lutron is seeking service-focused individuals to join our
DIY and PRO Technical Support teams
at our Annex office in Center Valley, PA. These roles are ideal for those who are passionate about delivering outstanding support and creating exceptional customer experiences. As a member of our team, youll provide technical assistance to a wide range of customers from retail end users to residential and commercial clients helping them get the most out of Lutrons innovative lighting and shading solutions. Responsibilities: DIY Team Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor
to current and prospective customers by offering expert guidance on product education, selection, and compatibility acting as a one-stop solution for their needs.
Build strong customer relationships
through clear, confident communication and exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust and satisfaction.
Provide calm, reliable support
to customers navigating technical challenges, ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience.
Pro Team Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve complex product issues by applying your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
Support residential and commercial installations
using your knowledge of electrical systems, networking, and system integration.
Collaborate cross-functionally
with engineering and product teams to share detailed insights and feedback that drive continuous improvement.
Overall you will be: Acting as the voice of the customer , advocating for their needs and experiences while expanding your internal network across departments.
Thinking creatively and strategically
to develop innovative solutions that address business challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Minimum 1 year customer facing experience required; prior troubleshooting experience a plus
Must live within commutable distance of Center Valley PA to accommodate in-office schedule
