Role: Technical Test Lead - SOA testing and web service test automation Duration: Full Time Location: Northbrook, IL Qualifications: Basic Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education. At least 4 years of experience in IT. Preferred At least 4 years of experience in SOA testing and web service test automation using tools such as Soap UI, CA DevTest. Strong Java coding skills with a minimum of 3 years of development experience and Java Scripting/Groovy Scripting experience. Experience in API Test Automation and Framework Development. Experience in Service Virtualization (preferred). Experience with reusable business services (WSDL and XML schemas). At least 2 years of experience in UI Automation using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, UFT. Ability to automate API and UI test scripts to support CI/CD pipelines. At least 2 years of experience in Performance Testing at UI and Web Services Layer using tools such as HP PC (VuGen Scripting and Reporting), JMeter. Experience in analyzing performance metrics and reporting bottlenecks with improvement recommendations. At least 4 years of experience in test strategizing, design, execution, analysis, and reporting. Hands-on experience in Agile BDD/TDD. Ability to work in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment. Good communication and analytical skills. Experience and interest in working in a global delivery environment. Experience in the Insurance domain is desirable.
