Role Details Position: Modernization Architect - With Mainframes expertise Duration: Full-time / Permanent Location: Memphis, TN Qualifications and Experience 10-14 years of experience in a z/OS environment with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS DB/DC, and VSAM technologies Proven application architecture and design experience for medium to complex mainframe requirements Experience with data migration from AS400 to other databases Strong familiarity with designing and developing web-based applications Experience in designing solutions/strategies for large modernization/migration projects Expertise in estimation approaches and developing early-stage estimates for large requirements Good knowledge of the Retail/Logistics domain Experience in troubleshooting performance issues in mainframe applications Exposure to integration technologies like NDM, MQ, RPC, web services Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Self-motivated, adaptable team player Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to candidates with three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of a degree.
