Our Client is an innovative and growing software company that provides business software for various industries. Job Description Provide IT support and network administrator services in the San Francisco Bay Area (Palo Alto, Mountain View, etc.), California. Must be bilingual in English and Japanese. Qualifications Principal Accountabilities: Perform network administration tasks on-site. Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi environments. Maintain user and group administration, such as Active Directory, GPO, WSUS, VPN, Endpoint Protection, etc. Maintain network devices including routers, firewalls, switches, WiFi access points, and virtual machine infrastructure (Hyper-V). Support and troubleshoot client computers on-site for customers. Coordinate with hardware and software vendors to provide IT support to customers. Prepare and deliver technical services to customers, including preventative measures and system stability information. Perform other related duties as assigned. Other Responsibilities: Report to customers and/or SI manager. Maintain daily time logs, field service logs, and perform administrative tasks. Education, Experience, and Knowledge Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of experience in system integration projects/tasks for multiple customers. Strong business communication and documentation skills. Fluent in English and Japanese (verbal and written). Proficient knowledge of: Cisco routers Firewall/VPN (Juniper Networks, etc.) WiFi (Cisco Meraki, etc.) Cisco switches Windows OS (Client: 7/8/8.1, Server 2008/2012) Endpoint Protection Network and client computer diagnosis and troubleshooting VMware and Hyper-V Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to travel to customer sites punctually. Additional Information Experience in the Retail domain is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
