Job Description This position is for a roving employee who will work in East Brunswick, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the US. Conduct evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Develop client relationships and manage client engagements. Develop and sell innovative value propositions within the product/practice space and drive real, measurable value for clients. Develop, assess, and validate a client's business strategy, including industry and competitive positioning and strategic direction. Develop solutions and services to suit client's business strategy. Develop revenue in existing and new areas. Increase market share with existing accounts and develop new opportunities. Apply understanding of costs and profitability drivers, along with market trends, competition, and external environment factors. Use demonstrable experience and expertise to perform client leadership, people leadership, thought leadership, problem solving, and communication. Make recommendations to management regarding systems, procedures, or organizational changes through presentations, written reports, or other bodies of work. Possess significant domain experience in the relevant area of technology. Must have a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent degree (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field plus two (2) years of experience in a directly related position with/in: Banking Financials Securities Insurance-Data Management and Market Data Analysis, OSI PI, Payments and Cards-Awards, Retail Banking, Risk and Regulatory Compliance, SWIFT message processing, Upstream – Oil and Gas, Utilities Transmission and Distribution, or Wealth Management – Banking. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Must be willing to relocate and travel up to 10% within the US.
