As a
UKG WFM Pro Advanced Scheduling Implementation Senior Consultant , you should expect to be involved in the following: Implement UKG WFM Pro Advanced Scheduling modules including Advanced Scheduler, Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, and familiarity with the Boomi integration layer. Work with top brands across healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing industries. Participate in the full lifecycle of a UKG WFM Pro project or workstream including Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare. Engage in requirements gathering, workshops, or facilitating client meetings. Take responsibility for delivering work and designing the work effort. Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's Degree. 5+ years' experience with HR and WFM functions & processes. 5+ years' experience with UKG Advanced Scheduler/Forecasting, Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, and familiarity with the Boomi integration layer. 5+ years' experience working through the full lifecycle of WFM projects including Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing. 5+ years' experience in requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings. 5+ years' experience problem solving and troubleshooting on UKG platforms with mature judgment. Ability to travel up to 50% based on work and client needs. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications:
External Consulting Experience. Experience in other HRIS implementations. Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization. The HRT Team
