Role Description: GCIB & GM Client Outreach Change Management Role
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and create content that addresses these needs.
Facilitate workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Serve as Project Manager for Client Onboarding project, including facilitating biweekly team meetings, joining demos, managing project plans, and generating weekly status reports.
Note: Able to effectively manage multiple concurrent initiatives (not full projects, but efforts with similar structure, deliverables, and objectives).
Collaborate with clients to evolve PMO into a more structured and mature function; this includes facilitating transition into Team Channels, improving status reporting, and more.
Facilitate SharePoint access requests.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in change management or related roles.
Develop and deliver ad hoc communication and training sessions tailored to various lines of business within KYC.
Develop monthly newsletters summarizing activities and upcoming plans.
Create 'Did you know' flashcards twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) to remind the KYC team of important requirements.
