A well-established litigation boutique law firm is seeking two full-time Litigation Associates to join its Coral Gables office. These positions will support the firm’s insurance defense and construction defects practice. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 1–3 years of civil litigation experience to handle complex cases and work closely with senior attorneys in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Coral Gables, FL Duties
Manage assigned caseload from inception to resolution with Partner oversight Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Handle all phases of discovery Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations Participate in site inspections and other field-related assignments Prepare for and attend trials Collaborate with firm attorneys on complex litigation matters Requirements
1–3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or construction defects Ability to handle a full litigation caseload with minimal supervision Strong time management and organizational skills Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple priorities Effective communicator who thrives in both independent and team environments Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Certifications
Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing Skills
