Community Engagement Specialist, Bilingual - Spanish/English

Overview This role involves coordinating community engagement initiatives, fostering partnerships, and supporting health education programs to promote child health within the community. Responsibilities Coordinate with leadership and departments to implement strategic initiatives related to community health and engagement. Serve as a liaison for external community organizations and internal units focused on quality improvement and workforce development. Support proposals, communications, and database management. Support community partnerships and health education efforts by applying best practices in community engagement. Work cooperatively with community organizations and support events aligned with organizational goals. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with community stakeholders. Represent Cincinnati Children's Hospital on community boards and committees. Attend and support hospital-sponsored events. Prepare and deliver training and communication materials for employee volunteers and community stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and document meetings. Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Pursue ongoing professional development as needed.
