Responsibilities

Generate new sales leads through qualified calls and meetings, developing new agency partner relationships to achieve or exceed sales goals.

Provide captive education and consulting for existing and prospective clients and agency partners.

Maintain relationships with clients, addressing their changing needs and delivering necessary documents.

Participate in all sales activities, promoting a positive attitude supporting growth.

Attend and contribute to captive quarterly calls and meetings.

Support the Captive Lead in executing program initiatives and fueling growth with quality members.

Ensure team accountability in commitments to customers and foster a high-functioning team environment.

Qualifications

College degree preferred.

Sales experience required; benefits experience is a plus.

State-specific Insurance Agent's License or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Strong sales skills, excellent communication, proficiency in technology (including Salesforce), and willingness to travel up to 50% with own vehicle.
