$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Recruitment Consultant – Full Desk Hybrid in Los Angeles. Open to US citizens and US based British E2 transfers and relocators. A base salary up to $80k + up to 35% commission. The business. A deep understanding of contract and / or direct hire recruitment strategies and best practices. Interpersonal Skills:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Client Relationship Management:
Successful history of building and maintaining positive client relationships. Industry Experience:
The successful candidate needs to have at least 18 months full desk or new business development focused recruitment experience in one of the following (but not limited to) industries: Renewable energy, construction, finance, civil engineering, life sciences, heavy industrial chemicals and similar, interim c-suite executive search, or clean technology. Success indicator:
