We are searching for the best talent for Principal Engineer, Blueyonder to be in Shepherdsville, KY.

Purpose: Advises as an individual contributor who is a developing subject matter expert in a scientific/technology field. Develops actionable insights for methods and research for the internal Functional Engineering community. Applies in-depth skills of the field to design and develop industry leading products. Contributes to scientific projects, programs, and processes. You will be responsible for:

In this role, they will be the technical SME for Blueyonder and provide blueyonder knowledge for internal teams to build standard and robust solutions. They will collaborate across multiple internal and external functional teams for building Functional Engineering products that identify and satisfy specific customer business needs and requirements This person will build reports, technical design documents and other documentation for SDLC, SOX and GxP compliance requirements ! This role will be directly responsible for day to day IT operations, resolving Incidents and supporting business teams and ensuring business continuity. They should be able to report status to the team management and bring up issues in a proactive and timely fashion. Coaching/ mentoring junior colleagues with Blueyonder processes and functions may be required ! Partner with IT and business team members onsite for an efficient work product build and support. They will integrate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into their goals and decision making.

_Additional Information:_ The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
