Renewal by Andersen (RbA) has an exciting opportunity to join a winning, competitive team of Sales Consultants in our Fort Myers market! As a Sales Consultant with RbA, you will be surrounded by a highly energized team passionate about enriching the lives of homeowners. We are looking for talented Sales Consultants who can help fuel our growth through a customer-focused, consultative selling experience. You should be able to build rapport with customers through a superior homeowner experience while displaying drive and motivation for top results. Our Sales Consultants conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for replacement projects. Training Pay: $25/hr for 10 weeks! $80,000 - $100,000 annually, including performance bonuses and profit sharing of up to $4,000 per employee, paid quarterly.
