Practice Details
  • Daily Volume:
    • 20 ASC procedures per day
    • 2 clinic patients per day
  • Procedural Volume: 98%
  • Clinic Volume: 2%
  • Trauma Level: II
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Fellowship: Required
  • Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
Required Procedures(All performed in ASC unless noted)
  • Occipital Nerve Blocks
  • Trigger Point Injections
  • Genicular Nerve Block
  • Genicular Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
  • Intra-articular Injections
  • Lumbar Epidural
  • Caudal Epidural
  • SI Joint Injection
Certifications Required
  • ABLS
  • ACLS
  • ATLS
  • BLS
  • PALS
