Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers first day to avoid the provider missing their first day. All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission at time of presentation.What are the # of years of epic experience they have?When was the last time MM/YYYY that they used Epic?What is the name of the last facility the provider used EPIC?Can you provide me with a photo large enough to add to a badge and not become pixelated? - Please add photo to documents section.Can you disclose the provider's time zone for scheduling the virtual epic training?We need the provider's best phone # to use for call shifts while working. All depends on how many moms are due to deliver. How many deliveries per month? 15 deliveries per month. Will there be surgery and urology back up? General surgery 24/7 Minimal urology - 2 days per week.
