Qualifications / Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in private equity with a strong track record in the lower middle market or middle market
• Proven ability to run deal processes and manage transactions from sourcing through execution and exit
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Existing ties to the San Diego area (or a strong desire to relocate and establish roots in the region)
