Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic and operational leadership of the company’s global treasury function, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, capital markets activities, FX risk, debt covenant compliance, bank relationships, and working capital optimization.
- Provide high-visibility treasury leadership to support value creation, M&A integration, and proactive liquidity management in a private-equity environment.
- Cash & Liquidity Management: manage daily cash positioning, optimize cash pooling structures, develop 13-week cash forecast and rolling liquidity plan, collaborate with AP/AR to improve working capital, maintain short-term investment strategies for idle cash.
- Banking & Capital Markets: manage relationships with banks, monitor debt covenants and reporting, support refinancings and hedging, coordinate LC/guarantees/trade finance.
- Risk & Controls: monitor FX exposures, implement internal controls and treasury policies, drive automation of cash visibility and bank connectivity.
- Strategic Projects: support M&A cash repatriation and funding structures, coordinate with tax/legal on intercompany funding, lead treasury during ERP transitions.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of treasury, finance, or banking experience, preferably in a PE-backed or leveraged environment
- Global experience managing cash, FX, and liquidity across jurisdictions
- Strong knowledge of capital structures, debt instruments, and financial covenants
- Experience with treasury systems, ERP platforms, and automation tools
- Experience with 13-week cash flow modeling, debt modeling, and lender reporting is strongly preferred
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required
- MBA or CPA/CFA/CTP preferred
