Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Overview
The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead its global expansion. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in crypto, iGaming, or high-growth web3 or performance marketing. The CMO will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing process, with a primary focus on influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and affiliate growth. This role demands a battle-tested individual who can design and execute high-converting campaigns across various social media platforms, leveraging their own network of creators, influencer agents, and affiliate marketers. The successful candidate will also be adept at setting and tracking KPIs, leading partnerships with measurable ROI, and testing new strategies to drive significant growth.
Responsibilities
End-to-end marketing process ownership with a primary focus on influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and affiliate growth. Design, execute, and optimize high-converting campaigns across social platforms. Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, agents, and affiliate partners. Define and track KPIs, ROI, and performance forecasts. Lead partnerships and experiments to drive scalable growth and measurable results. Report insights and recommendations to the founders.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a deep understanding of influencer marketing, strong analytics, and campaign ROI tracking skills. Proactive leadership is required, with the ability to take ownership of outcomes and test new approaches. The role requires experience reporting to founders, providing performance insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations. A proven track record of achieving 5x+ ROI on marketing budgets is essential, as is the ability to recruit and manage internal teams or contractors.
