Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid 2 days per week). Candidate must relocate to Atlanta and work hybrid.

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Scrum Leadership: Serve as a Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments.
Project Management: Oversee timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align expectations and priorities.
Backlog Management: Define clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Performance Monitoring: Use data analytics and KPIs to track product performance and iterate on improvements.
Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes, development efficiency, and cross-team collaboration.

7+ years of experience in product management, Scrum Master, or project management roles.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and SAFe framework.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile tools for backlog and sprint management.
Hands-on experience in technology-driven products, APIs, cloud services, or software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM), Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, or SAFe are advantageous.
