Senior Product Designer, Commerce Cloud at Salesforce. Join Salesforce’s Product UX organization to craft enterprise and consumer products, create design patterns and guidelines, and partner with cross-disciplinary teams to bring human-centered experiences to life. You will solve meaningful problems at scale, design for inclusivity and accessibility, and make life better for our users and customers.
You will build our product and feature vision by leveraging visualization, influence, and empathy. You will collaborate closely with product and technology partners as a key stakeholder in our release roadmap, immerse yourself in the end-to-end experience of your work, create a variety of design artifacts, and communicate ideas and direction. You’ll help create tools that empower sales, marketing, and development teams.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and user research teams to create a vision for your product area.
- Bridge design, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Oversee multiple web and mobile features, interfaces, and experiences.
- Communicate clear and compelling ideas to stakeholders using documentation, reviews, and presentations.
- Produce wireframes, storyboards, concepts, and other collateral to communicate research results and propose new ideas.
- Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing design system and style guide.
- Generate detailed final design specs for accurate developer builds.
- Work with developers and quality teams to deliver a polished final product.
- Promote and educate others on new interface guidelines and design patterns.
- Mentor new design staff.
- Ensure software is global in reach and accessible to users of multiple languages and abilities.
- Advocate for accessibility and prioritize accessible features and fixes.
- Support the vision for a product’s creative identity and guide the team through implementation.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience designing and delivering software products from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team.
- Ability to deliver on time independently and with distributed teams.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design methods, analytics, and research-driven decision making.
- Ability to explore ideas, persuade, and build consensus on fast-moving projects with ambiguity.
- Original, high-quality design work with appropriate fidelity for each project phase.
- Strong communication and active listening skills to collaborate with stakeholders across product and engineering.
- Experience managing large design initiatives and competing priorities.
- Commitment to process improvement.
- Experience with design systems and scalable design thinking, not just single-purpose apps.
- Awareness of ethics and equality in design; willingness to speak up when needed.
- Expert knowledge of design tools (e.g., Figma) and ability to learn new tools.
- BA/BS or MA/MS in a design-related field, or equivalent experience.

For California-based roles, base salary range: $172,000 to $236,500.
