Role Overview
The Piaget Brand President is responsible for the overall development of the Piaget business, including sales, EBIT, and brand image, in the North American market, encompassing the United States, Canada, and Latin America. In alignment with Piaget’s long-term brand strategy for this region, you will :
- Drive Strategy : Oversee product mix (watches, jewelry, and high-jewelry), distribution (internal and partner retail, online), brand marketing and communication, client experience, and CRM.
- Inspire and Nurture : Develop talent; lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment across boutiques, retail partners, and the corporate office.
- Innovate : Develop and implement creative ideas to enhance brand presence and profitability.
- Lead Operations With Excellence : Manage Piaget operations and liaise with local Richemont shared services to ensure smooth and profitable operations, and delivery of the utmost service of our clients.
- Deliver Results : Drive quantitative (sales, EBIT, clients) and qualitative (brand awareness and perception, service quality) results.
