Digital Account Manager
We are seeking experienced Digital Account Managers to help grow partnerships and deliver advertising solutions that drive both brand impact and conversion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization at the intersection of retail, media, and technology.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow advertising campaigns and client revenues.
- Build strategic campaign recommendations based on a strong understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end creative process between clients and internal teams.
- Partner closely with campaign management to oversee activation, trafficking, and optimizations.
- Provide frequent communication and updates with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and deliver actionable insights to drive incremental revenue.
- Support campaign billing accuracy and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and help elevate team performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales to develop proposals, evaluate deals, and support Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Maintain and grow day-to-day client relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Lead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with clients.
- Provide technical guidance on campaign specifications and troubleshoot as needed.
- Deliver on all role-specific metrics and goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and cross-functional projects.
- Experience developing media plan recommendations and ensuring campaign success.
- Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with analytics, advertising technology, and data management platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex organization while balancing multiple priorities.
- A collaborative team player who is also a strong individual contributor.
