Full Stack Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our engineering team. This role requires deep expertise in building robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. The ideal candidate has strong experience in microservices architecture, NoSQL databases, and cloud-native development, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks (Angular/ReactJS).
• Implement microservices architecture, ensuring reusability, scalability, and best practices around service orchestration, API design, and inter-service communication.
• Integrate and optimize NoSQL databases (MongoDB or equivalent) to support high-volume, low-latency systems.
• Develop event-driven systems and streaming pipelines with Apache Kafka or similar messaging technologies.

Required Technical Skills

• Core Expertise: Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Framework stack.
• Front-End Development: Angular or ReactJS (hands-on experience strongly preferred).
• Microservices: Strong understanding of microservices patterns, best practices, and hands-on implementation with Spring Boot microservices.
• Databases: Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases; working knowledge of relational databases is an asset.
• Messaging/Streaming: Familiarity with Kafka or other event streaming/message queue platforms.
• DevOps & Tools: Proficient in Git, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Unit Testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
• Architecture: Strong knowledge of system design, UML diagrams, performance tuning, and secure coding practices.
