Position
Influential is looking for an experienced Director, Creator Management to implement day-to-day strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients. This role will lead the East Coast campaign management team and support the development and execution of top-tier influencer marketing campaigns. The Director works closely with Account Management and Creative teams and is responsible for building relationships with the influencer community across all social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Be accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaigns
- Build and execute creator strategies specific to campaigns, refine current success metrics, and introduce new metrics
- Support training in planning and audience reporting, use of research tools, and the development of writing and presentation skills
- Directly manage a team and be responsible for their output and success
- Coordinate between the creator management team and other internal groups (account management, research/analytics, operations) to meet client needs
- Oversee influencer casting, negotiation, contracting and content management across brand campaigns
- Maintain knowledge of offline and online spaces and understand the relationship between brand, media, and consumer
- Stay well-versed in the influencer marketing space or show strong interest in the industry
- Work with online performance tracking and brand measurement tools
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, multitask effectively, and maintain records and materials
- Be a self-starter who thrives on collaboration, accepts feedback, and can work independently or influence cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a digital, advertising, or influencer marketing environment
- Experience managing multiple six- to seven-figure projects in a fast-paced setting
- Expert negotiation skills and management of six-figure influencer campaign budgets
- Established network of managers/agents or influencer contacts
- Experience managing a team
- Direct experience with on-site influencer activations
- Knowledge of offline and online space, with strong understanding of brand, media, and consumer
- Working knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement tools
- Self-starter, collaborative, able to receive feedback, and capable of independent and cross-functional work
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple projects and timelines
- Comfortable working in a startup environment and creating organization where none may exist
- Knowledge of all major social platforms and current trends (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience at a marketing-tech or media startup
- Passion for social media and/or influencer marketing

$120,000 - $135,000
