About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Head of Marketing to lead Finzly’s marketing efforts during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll define and lead the marketing vision, own the go-to-market strategy across our product lines, and build Finzly’s brand as a category-defining fintech leader.
You will partner closely with product, sales, partnerships, and leadership to shape our story, drive demand, and deliver measurable impact across awareness, acquisition, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
Define and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy, including annual OKRs, budget planning, and operational execution
Craft and evolve Finzly’s brand story and visual identity to position us as an innovator in fintech and banking
Develop GTM plans for product launches and feature rollouts in close partnership with product and sales teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry analysts, media, and PR partners to amplify our voice
Lead product marketing, including segmentation, messaging, positioning, and competitive analysis
Oversee growth marketing and demand generation through digital channels, SEO, content, and lifecycle campaigns
Own and optimize the website experience as a lead-generation and thought leadership engine
Drive execution of events, webinars, customer forums, and sponsorships to build pipeline and community
Align closely with sales enablement and revenue teams to support lead conversion and customer growth
Monitor and optimize performance through KPIs, marketing analytics, and ROI dashboards
What You Bring:
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership in B2B SaaS, fintech, or banking
Demonstrated success in building marketing functions from the ground up or leading teams through scaling phases
Deep expertise in brand development, product marketing, and GTM strategies
Strong communicator with a gift for storytelling, positioning, and influencing cross-functional teams
Proficiency with modern marketing stacks (e.g., HubSpot, SEO, analytics, automation tools)
Data-obsessed, with a proven ability to tie marketing activities to revenue outcomes
Experience marketing to banking, financial institutions, or highly regulated industries is a strong plus
Proven ability to leverage AI-driven marketing tools and analytics for campaign optimization, personalization, and content creation
