Sales Director (Oil and Gas Industry) – Remote Work at BairesDev. The role focuses on sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients, primarily from your network and industry, as a hunter in the energy sector.

What You'll Do

  • Hunting: Build strong relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients across industries with a primary focus on Energy (Oil & Gas, Renewables, and Utilities); originate and nurture opportunities; present BairesDev\'s value proposition to senior executives; develop long-lasting client relationships.
  • Project Management: Scope projects, shape engagements, and define business solutions that meet client needs and business outcomes; plan and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet revenue targets; organize and mobilize delivery teams throughout the sales cycle; identify and mitigate key risks through tactical plans.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or related industrial sectors with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience in business development, relationship management, or technical sales within the energy sector.
  • Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts within energy markets.
  • Excellent understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends.
  • Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of operational systems, data management, and technological challenges in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to potential clients; self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Native English or fully bilingual (English).

Location and Employment Type

  • Remote work environment; Full-time employment; Mid-Senior level.
