Head of Sales - Engineering Services (Semiconductor Industry). Serving HPC, data centers, industrial automation, communications, automotive, and healthcare sectors, it supports the full chip lifecycle—from architecture to design to production and supply—through ASIC turnkey and design service models.
Summary
This role focuses on acquiring new semiconductor clients for our chip design and embedded engineering services. The ideal candidate brings a strong consultative sales approach, a deep understanding of engineering services, and the ability to connect with senior decision-makers in the semiconductor space.
Educational background
Electrical or Electronics background.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and grow semiconductor sales.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities and customers.
- Develop relationships with Engineering and Procurement teams.
- Work with engineering teams to create customer proposals.
- Maintain sales opportunities reporting through Salesforce.
- Deliver significant revenue growth.
- Be part of a growing and ambitious business.
Qualifications
- Sales/Business Development experience in the Semiconductor or Electronics industry—preferably engineering services and hardware and software services, ASIC, IP, Chip design and EDA backgrounds, and embedded systems backgrounds.
- Remote opportunity with travel throughout the USA.
- 5-15 years’ experience or equivalent in semiconductor sales.
