Salary: $115,000 - $155,000 per year
We are a subsidiary of a prominent global leader in construction and facilities services, specializing in HVAC Controls.
Responsibilities
- Operate control software, develop basic databases, and interpret floor plans to identify mechanical and electrical equipment such as VAVs, FCUs, AHUs, chillers, and pumps.
- Assist with project commissioning, complete documentation, and identify equipment deficiencies.
- Coordinate with electricians to ensure work meets contractual scope and apply knowledge of simple electrical circuits, controller I/O, 24VAC power, and basic networking.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in the Building Automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC Controls space
- Experience with one or more BAS platforms: JCI, Delta, Andover, Schneider Electric, Trane, Automated Logic, Distech, or other
- Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, AHUs, VAVs, etc.
- Experience with JCI, Andover, or Delta Controls

- BS in a related field
