We're seeking a Consulting Marketing Senior Manager with experience in financial services consulting and a strong track record in digital marketing leadership. This role leads a high-performing team in executing integrated, omni-channel campaigns that support our ambitious 20% year-over-year growth goals. As the marketing lead for top-tier global clients, you'll collaborate closely with client-facing leaders to shape strategic messaging, deliver value-driven thought leadership, and amplify our Consulting capabilities. This position blends high-level strategy with hands-on execution, requiring both business acumen and marketing precision.

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for the financial services sector.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
  • Design and execute innovative digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across service lines and the Global Firms segment, including print, digital, and social media elements.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Oversee the planning and distribution of thought leadership content as part of a comprehensive content marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with national office centers of excellence to execute client-focused marketing tactics and monitor outcomes.
  • Manage multi-industry partnerships with external associations, including content development and insight programs.
  • Strategize and coordinate firm participation in industry trade shows and conferences, including sponsorships, event planning, booth logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Build strong relationships with client service professionals to support local marketing initiatives.
  • Provide strategic input on complex sales pursuits and proposal development.
  • Conduct business intelligence research and develop targeted pursuit lists.
  • Serve as the liaison with web development teams to ensure website content is current and optimized for search engines.
  • Ensure consistent application of the firm's brand across all marketing channels and audiences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field
  • 8+ years of marketing experience in high-growth environments, with a strong emphasis on B2B, and experience within a Top 10 professional services firm
  • 5+ years of proven success in demand generation and revenue marketing
  • Expertise in performance marketing, including lead generation, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and integrated omnichannel campaigns (digital and traditional)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems with experience extracting and leveraging insights
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Experience marketing complex solutions to enterprise-level clients
