Marin County Immigration Attorney

Social Justice Collaborative is looking for an Immigration Attorney to join our legal team! We’re a nonprofit organization defending low-income immigrants and families facing deportation, with a mission to expand access to justice and keep families together. This is a hybrid position based in Marin County, with remote flexibility and in-person responsibilities across Marin and other Bay Area locations. Duties include court appearances, accompanimments, rapid response, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in asylum, removal defense, and humanitarian relief cases
• Conduct screenings to reduce intake backlogs
• Build partnerships and deliver community education workshops
• Help launch pro bono clinics to empower immigrant communities

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney (CA Bar preferred)
• At least 1 year of immigration law experience
• Commitment to immigrant rights and access to justice

Salary range: $90,000–$100,000/year + benefits!
