As a finance consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of finance consulting. Your work will involve providing comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising their financial performance, improving decision-making, and achieving their financial goals. You will be responsible for analysing client needs, developing financial solutions, and offering recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Advise on business process improvements within the Real Estate industry
- Understand and configure Yardi Voyager and ancillary modules
- Conduct system assessments and provide recommendations
- Mentor and guide junior team members to maintain standards
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Develop an understanding of client business contexts
- Utilize firm methodologies to deliver quality work
- Uphold professional and technical standards
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Educational requirements to be eligible for the primary credential license relevant to the practice area (e.g., 150 hours for CPA, CFA, PMP, or other relevant credentials)
What Sets You Apart
- Academic and professional background in fields such as MIS, Accounting, Business, Finance, IT, or related areas
- Promotion-ready credentials or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, JD, MBA, CCIM, PMP, LEED, P.E., etc.)
- Experience with Real estate software like Yardi, MRI
- Understanding of accounting within Real Estate
- Advising clients on business process improvements
- Configuring Yardi Voyager and ancillary modules
- Extracting data from Yardi and translating business requirements into actionable configuration points
- Performing project management activities

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
