Summary
Sales & Field Support Rep – Asphalt & Emulsion Products / Direct Hire FTE in San Jose, CA 95126 / hybrid flexible schedule, must be local / $80-120K base + bonus, company car, expense account, full health benefits, 401K.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expertise in Road Oil Division products, application methods, and technologies.
- Support the creation and execution of sales plans for the division.
- Provide sales, marketing, and operational support across the Northern California region, including Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties, the Bay Area, and the Greater Sacramento Area.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Quality Control, and Production teams—as well as purchasing agents—to assess product needs, delivery timelines, sales forecasts, and emerging technologies.
- Create and manage marketing strategies that enhance customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience (with a focus on pavement-related work).
- Familiarity with pavement processes.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills (bilingual preferred).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Pay for this position is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. As a contractor you may also be eligible for health benefits such as health, dental, and vision as well as access to a 401K plan.
