This role involves supporting clients with various tasks within accounting and finance functions. Key Responsibilities
Serve as Controller, CFO, or Project Leader for clients Manage multiple client stakeholders simultaneously Prepare accounting reports Lead and participate in ad hoc projects Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings Perform due diligence procedures for clients Assist with SEC Reporting Resolve complex accounting issues and implement new standards like ASC606 and ASC842 Perform other duties as required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s preferred 10+ years of relevant experience Experience with public, private, or private equity companies Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) Advanced MS Excel skills CPA certification preferred Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills Ability to travel at least 50% Additional Information
