The People Operations Business Partner - Technology will serve as the primary point of contact, partnering with corporate leadership and employees across multiple departments to deliver high-impact advisory support. Focusing on talent management, engagement, process improvement, and development, this role is vital in supporting our technology team, which is key to our company's success and growth. The position involves various administrative duties and projects requiring a detail-oriented, savvy individual with a continuous improvement mindset. People Operations Team

Our People Operations team builds a foundation for growth and impact at Capital Rx. We lead talent acquisition, employee experience, and learning and development initiatives. The Business Partner supports our growth, scales people programs, and enhances our culture and practices. Position Responsibilities

Provide full support for employee relations, performance management, and insights to improve organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, and operations to ensure seamless support and maturity of the People Ops function. Act as the primary People Ops contact for the Technology team, understanding their unique challenges within a scaling SaaS environment. Manage compliance with training requirements, conduct disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Ensure adherence to employment laws and review policies for compliance. Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements. Maintain accurate employee and contractor data throughout their lifecycle in HRIS systems. Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, development, and engagement. Assist with onboarding, inbound inquiries, and employee support. Utilize knowledge across HR disciplines to support tactical and strategic operations. Ensure compliance with the Capital Rx Code of Conduct and report noncompliance. Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree required; masters preferred. 7+ years of HR experience, with a focus on the tech industry. Experience supporting finance and sales departments is a plus. Proficiency with HRIS systems; UKG preferred. Strong judgment, problem-solving, and people management skills. Ability to complete projects accurately and on time with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and ability to foster teamwork. Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle multiple projects. High ethical standards and integrity. Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities. Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 This description does not restrict managements right to reassign duties. About Capital Rx
