About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Revenue Cycle Client Delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client success across multiple accounts, maintaining strategic alignment with client leadership, and ensuring optimal performance of revenue cycle operations. This role involves client integration, performance management, transition management, and relationship management. The VP will also be tasked with people management, quality assurance, and driving technology integration to enhance RCM processes. A strong background in end-to-end RCM processes, financial acumen, and a proven track record in process improvement and automation is essential. The VP will be expected to have a customer-centric approach, excellent communication, and leadership skills, and the ability to manage large teams with a focus on talent development.
Applicants for the VP position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in revenue services or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing RCM teams in a global, multi-site environment, and a strong understanding of industry regulations, payment trends, and coding changes. Proficiency in RCM software and financial reporting systems is preferred. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to drive performance improvement, influence change, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The VP will be responsible for resource planning, budget management, and must be adept at identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
