This is a full-time position with day shifts scheduled from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Step Down or ICU environments.Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in a Step Down ICU setting.Monitor and manage patient conditions in collaboration with the healthcare team.Maintain accurate medical records using CERNER EMR.Adhere to all safety and health regulations. Requirements Active BLS certification (ARC or AHA only)Active ACLS certification (ARC or AHA only)1-2 years of experience in Step Down or ICU settings required.RN License in Tennessee.Willingness to float to different units as required.Must live more than 50 miles from the facility.
