EP Lab RN Job Details Location: Louisville, Kentucky (Zip: 40202) - Kentucky nursing jobs Facility: Rudd Heart Hospital Building, EP Lab Position Type: Travel Registered Nurse (locum tenens) Assignment Dates: September 29, 2025 - December 29, 2025 Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: 8 Hour Days (7:00am - 4:30pm) Weekly Hours: 40 Weekends: No weekend shifts On-Call: None (may be required to stay as needed) Patient Ratio: 1:1 in procedure room EP Lab Beds: 3 procedure rooms Equipment: Siemens, Cardio Solution, Stereotaxis EMR Systems: McKesson Cardiology & Cerner Estimated Weekly Salary: $2210 - $2370 EP Lab Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Kentucky or proof of application Minimum 2 years of recent EP Lab RN experience Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT or RCIS Proficiency with McKesson Cardiology and Cerner EMR systems Ability to float between EP Lab and Cath Lab as needed Strong clinical, troubleshooting, and communication skills EP Lab RN Responsibilities Assist with electrophysiology procedures: ablations (EP studies, A-fib, Flutter, SVT), pacemaker insertions/removals, leadless pacemakers, Watchman, and loop recorders Deliver direct patient care in a 1:1 setting during cardiac procedures Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation using McKesson Cardiology and Cerner EMR Float to Cath Lab as required Communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff Why Choose Louisville, KY for Your Next Travel Nursing Assignment?
