Forklift Operator
Pay: $23/Hour
Shift: 6AM-2:30PM
Location: Frederickson, WA
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments to and from trailers and containers safely. You will efficiently stack and store merchandise in appropriate areas and transport products as directed. Additionally, you'll be tasked with pulling and preparing products for shipment according to schedule, ensuring all equipment is operated safely and efficiently. Compliance with OSHA and MSDS standards is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments safely from trailers and containers.
- Efficiently stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
- Transport products to and from designated locations as directed.
- Pull and prepare products for scheduled shipments accurately.
- Operate all equipment safely and efficiently, following prescribed work methods.
- Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
- Inspect and perform minor maintenance on forklifts and other equipment daily.
- Maintain clean and orderly warehouse and loading areas.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of warehouse functions and processes.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, inventory management, and material handling.
- Experience with picking, general labor, and RF scanner usage.
- Ability to operate sit-down forklifts and manage unloading tasks.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Two to five years of recent work experience.

- Self-starter with strong organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform basic mathematical equations.

This is an hourly position that may require working more than eight hours a day or forty hours a week. The work environment frequently exposes employees to a warehouse setting with moving vehicles, where the noise level is typically moderate.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Washington.
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
