Role: Technology Lead - Java/Webservices (Interview on 19th August) Duration: Full Time Location: Minneapolis, MN Qualifications: Basic Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education. At least 4+ years of experience in Information Technology. Preferred At least 4 years of experience in Core JAVA, J2EE, Spring skills. At least 4 years of experience in web programming using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS for application development, maintenance, and testing. Knowledge of languages like Perl Scripting, JQuery, ASP, AJAX, FLASH, etc., is an added advantage. At least 3 years of experience with Web 2.0 tools for development and testing. Knowledge of database integration with MySQL, Oracle, DB2. Experience with development and source control tools such as Maven and GIT. At least 4 years of experience in the software development life cycle, with prior experience in Agile methodology preferred. Strong analytical skills. Experience translating functional/non-functional requirements into system requirements and technical designs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with offshore/onshore resources. Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills. Desire and ability to work in a global delivery environment.
