We are seeking candidates with: Expert-level knowledge of jQuery, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in developing responsive web applications. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present designs and sell solutions to stakeholders. Visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction (a plus). Experience with ESRI GIS or ESRI ArcGIS JavaScript API (a plus). Experience creating wireframes and storyboards using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or others (a plus). C# and ASP.NET experience (a plus). Experience designing and implementing UIs for mobile devices (a plus). Qualifications
