We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team to identify and engage top talent. This is an in-office position that can be located in our Framingham, Kansas City, Cincinnati, or St. Louis office. A DAY IN THE LIFE
Guide candidates through interview process from sourcing and phone screen to first day
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, cold calling, and managing active candidates through the interview and offer process
Build database of leads and maintain relationships with potential candidates
Build best practices and procedures for hard-to-fill positions
Manage job creation, postings, and external candidate marketing for specified positions
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
5-10 years of experience in full-cycle construction, engineering or architecture recruiting
Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo
Familiarity with iCIMS or another applicant tracking system
Experience managing multiple hiring managers and working with leadership
Bachelor’s degree preferred
